L&G’s SmartrCriteria integrates with 360 Lifecycle

The first stage of the integration, a direct link to SmartrCriteria for brokers from 360 Lifecycle will soon be live, enabling brokers to provide a more efficient service for their clients. With SmartrCriteria brokers can benefit from easy to view outcome sheets, enabling them to indicate whether a lender will look at a customer’s case.

Further integrations are expected to follow, including improvement to the payment process. The specially developed claim tool, soon to be live in 360 Lifecycle, will allow brokers to process claims within the system once mortgages reach the exchange stage – notifying Legal & General Mortgage Club to activate payment. There are specific triggers which will filter in cases and keep an audit of those that have previously been claimed.
