Chartwell adopts 360 Lifecycle’s identity verification software
360 Lifecycle recently integrated with the GBG group, a global leader in identity verification, introducing anti-money laundering (AML) and electronic identity data verification (eIDV) into their software. 360 are pleased to onboard Chartwell Mortgage Services as an early adopter.
360 have worked with Chartwell since 2018 and are proud to support the business who have been offering mortgage and protection advice for over 13 years. With a focus on new build sales, fast and accurate client onboarding is a key differentiator which builders demand.
Advisers will be able to easily engage new build buyers via mobile messaging, qualifying customers within seconds to ensure only genuine customers are onboarded. Chartwell will be able to automate their AML security processes while complying with global regulations without impacting customer experience in the fastest time possible, and often immediately.
The integration identifies fraudulent behavioural patterns and recognises new financial crimes before they impact businesses. Advisers will be able to detect any potential threats including any PEP’s and sanction hits which can be recorded alongside the client record within the 360 Lifecycle’s FactFind.
