Inside the Numbers: 360 Lifecycle’s Q1 2025 in Review
Strong start to 2025 as usage of 360 Lifecycle continues to grow across the board.
In Q1 2025, over 217,000 clients actively used the Client Portal, marking a 2.3% increase from the previous quarter, a 7.4% rise year-on-year. Advisers created over 69,000 FactFinds in the first quarter alone. This reflects a 22% growth from Q4 2024 and contributes to the 1.9 million FactFinds created since 2015.
Platform growth and scale
- We now manage over 4.2 million case records, a 10.5% increase from Q1 2024
- Since 2010, 360 Lifecycle has facilitated over £335 billion in mortgage lending
- In Q1 2025 alone, advisers used the platform to support £9.7 billion in lending, up 10.2% from Q4 2024
Market activity
- Over 41,200 mortgages were written through the platform in Q1 2025
- 11.3% increase from Q4 2024
- Over 17,200 protection policies
- 6.6% increase from Q4 2024
- Over 2,400 buildings and contents policies
- 7% increase from Q1 2024
- Over 41,200 mortgages were written through the platform in Q1 2025
Top mortgage lenders
- Halifax retained the top spot with over 5,200 mortgages written
- Nationwide followed with 4,800+, and
- NatWest with 4,300+
Top protection providers
- L&G led the way with 3,600+ life and IP policies
- Royal London and Aviva followed with 3,200+ and 2,700+
Shifts in market trends
Compared to Q4 2024, Q1 2025 saw:
- 12% increase in remortgages
- 21.5% increase in product transfers
- 5.8% growth in first-time buyer mortgages
