360 Lifecycle integrates with Twenty7Tec’s APPLY module to streamline mortgage application submission
360 Lifecycle have enhanced their integration with software company Twenty7Tec by integrating with APPLY, enabling users of 360 to submit applications to multiple lenders without the need to re-key data.
This integration will allow data to move freely from 360 Lifecycle’s end to end practice management system, 360 Lifecycle, to Twenty7Tec’s CloudTwenty7 platform and the APPLY module. This will make 360’s FactFind process simpler than it has ever been, helping advisers to both source and apply for mortgages via Twenty7Tec. 360 Lifecycle has created over 767,000 FactFinds, saving advisers 45 to 90 minutes of data entry per FactFind.
360 users will be able to use APPLY to submit applications to multiple lenders, benefiting advisers that are currently using 360 Lifecycle’s FactFind. Users can submit either decisions in principle or full mortgage applications to any lender connected to the APPLY system with supported functionality. APPLY streamlines the submission of mortgage applications to multiple lenders from one single platform, without the need to re-key client data. This creates a seamless two-way communication between customers, advisers and the lender. Advisers can submit documents, case notes and receive status updates all the way through to completion.
Before the end of 2021, 360 Lifecycle aims to embed APPLY deeply into it’s system, including sharing notes from lenders and case status updates with advisers directly. Advisers will be able to save time as they will no longer have to log into multiple portals for lenders registered with APPLY.
Ozgur Unlu, Managing Director of 360 Lifecycle, said: “We are committed to doing all we can to support our clients. This new deal will see our integration with APPLY efficiently supporting our brokers with both source and apply for mortgage applications. This latest integration is very much in line with our commitment to provide the quickest and easiest solution to mortgage brokers and their customers”.
James Tucker, CEO of Twenty7Tec added: “I am delighted that 360 Lifecycle have integrated with APPLY to support advisers in seamlessly submitting applications to lenders without the need for re-keying. 360 Lifecycle have been a long standing partner of ours and this integration will be great news to advisers who are determined to offer the most effective and efficient service possible to their clients”.
